    • 1st Shift – Mon – Thurs 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST (4-10’s schedule).

    • Overtime as needed on Friday’s 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST

    • Hourly Rate $16.00 - $18.00

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operates tools according to instructions, specifications, and standard charts.

    • Follow work orders, and other specifications to ensure proper setup sequence is followed.

    • Selects, places, and secures tools, supplies, and equipment.

    • Observes tasks to verify quality performance, conducts routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

    • Verifies instruments are in proper working order.

    • Sets and adjusts equipment to regulate machines to maintain speed, output, and quality standards.

    • Cleans equipment, maintains an area free from debris, and readies or puts away tools on machinery.

    • Closely follow directions to operate machinery and tools.

    • Reports issues to Production Leads or Supervisor.

    • Performs other duties as required or assigned.

    • Must adhere to all company policies and safety rules.

    • Must be able to work extended hours when required.

    • These responsibilities may change in the future to keep up with customer demand, equipment changes, and improved Standard Operating Procedures.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

    • Good verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to follow directions.

    • Ability to work a variety of roles and cross-train as needed.

    • Highly motivated with desire to move from task to task as needed.

    • Basic computer skills.

    • Teamwork skills.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.

    • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

    • Job Training is provided.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to work and stand for extended period, on concrete floors for 10-hour shifts.

    • Ability to work in hot, wet, and humid environments.

    • Physical Stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

    • Must be able to work in noisy environments.

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. as required.

    • Ability to bend, stoop, walk, twist, lift, stand, push and pull material.

    • Ability to follow written instructions.

    • Ability to follow proper safety protocols.
