JOB SUMMARY
To perform assigned cleaning/sanitation duties in various departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office and manufacturing plant.
+ Cleans floors and offices including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows.
+ Cleans restrooms including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
+ Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
+ Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
+ Maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
+ Recycling duties, such as breaking down cardboard boxes and the collection of recyclables throughout the building.
+ Performs additional duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
+ Previous cleaning experience a plus
+ Valid driver’s license
REQUISITE SKILLS REQUIRED
+ Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
+ Highly responsible and reliable
+ Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ All work is performed under the minimum supervision of the Manager and/or Supervisor, as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
+ Lifting up to 50lbs regularly, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, visual acuity, and typing.
