We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **Marketing Manager** to help drive brand awareness, demand, and growth across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution — someone who’s equally comfortable managing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and diving into performance metrics. This role supports marketing for all business lines (hospice, home health, and palliative) and corporate departments (recruiting, human resources, sales, etc.)
You’ll play a key role in turning business objectives into integrated marketing programs that support both corporate initiatives and local market needs.
Key responsibilities
+ Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print channels
+ Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
+ Partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with growth goals
+ Oversee content development, including messaging, creative briefs, and asset production
+ Manage agency and vendor relationships, including creative, promotional, and print partners
+ Support local market marketing efforts with scalable, brand-compliant tools and resources
+ Manages day-to-day communications and assignments with external and internal stakeholders, including agencies and operational departments
+ Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize results
+ Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory/compliance requirements
+ Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices
About You
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
+ 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign execution
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email, social)
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
+ Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and KPIs
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Healthcare, multi-location, or B2B/B2C hybrid experience is a plus
Strong skills in the following areas:
+ Lytho Workflow or similar creative project management experience
+ Microsoft Teams and Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
+ Team player, positive attitude, self-starter
+ Ability to think through projects and assess resources
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Highly detailed and organized
