Responsibilities and Duties

+ Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

+ Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.

+ Conduct interviews

+ Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

+ Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

+ Attend and participate in bi-weekly OD Team Meetings virtually.

Qualifications and Skills

+ Strong and efficient communication skills required.

+ Teachable, fast learner.

+ Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)

+ Resilient and ready to learn with strong decision-making skills.
