Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage supplier administration workstreams for cross-functional projects, collaborating with teams to set goals, develop solutions, and ensure successful project implementation.

+ Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

+ Support supplier onboarding for Walmart US Goods For Resale by streamlining processes, improving supplier and merchant experience, and reducing onboarding time.

+ Develop and maintain professional relationships with merchants, suppliers, and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and representing the Supplier Administration team at meetings and events.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, supporting the Open Door Policy and providing guidance on business processes.

+ Manage supplier agreements by collaborating with internal and external teams, analyzing data, recommending process changes, and evaluating results.

+ Resolve escalated supplier issues by analyzing requests, determining root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions and mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3 years’ experience in Walmart Merchandising, Replenishment, or related department

+ 2 years’ experience in supplier onboarding

+ 2 years’ experience in customer service escalations, help desk, or related field

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
