The Manager, Program Management role will be a key contributor to Service Recovery team in reducing defects and gaps within our US Marketplace Business. **You’ll sweep us off our feet if:**

You’ll make an impact by:

+ **Resolve cases and create data driven insights** : Enable a robust structure to resolve support cases with lagging metrics (Age > 30, Reopen > 5 and touches > 5), perform audits on resolved cases prioritize most occurring gaps from systems/product, process workflow or training.

+ **Leveraging tools & channels** : Partner with data science and analytics team to use and/or create new data visuals that helps in resolving and creating deep root cause insights with data science teams

+ **Building strategic relationships** : Able to maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams to maximize the output and efficiency. Drive weekly rhythms with relevant teams to driver improvements and impact

+ **Operational Excellence** – Able to map processes and identify bottlenecks/problems and drive improvements by setting right KPIs and metrics. Also, able to identify right actions to improve KPIs

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
