About the role

HealthFitness is looking for an **Aquatic Group Fitness Instructor** to join the team at our client site located in **Rochester Hills, Michigan** (MI).

_Looking for an instructor to teach two aquatic fitness classes per week._

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

+ Current aquatic group exercise instructor certification or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

+ Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

+ 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $25 - $35/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
