This position contributes to our vision by:
• This role is primarily focused on the cybersecurity run activities to ensure our compliance with the internal policies and external regulation or requirements by reviewing and approving the project architecture document, reviewing and approving daily IT security request (worldwide), monitoring and driving the cybersecurity remediation plan, tracking and mitigating vulnerabilities.
• Approve and align architecture documents for IT projects in North America, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate communication between the SOC and internal teams, streamlining the handling of security alerts and incident response.
• Monitor and drive cybersecurity remediation plans, ensuring timely compliance with audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Track and mitigate identified vulnerabilities, prioritizing risks and coordinating with stakeholders for resolution.
• Oversee the implementation of control plans to ensure all security measures are effectively deployed and maintained.
• Review and approve daily IT security requests, guaranteeing adherence to organizational policies and best practices.

• Help the IT/IS team to comply with the internal standard and regulation requirements by explaining the rules and helping to find solutions that are compliant
• Prioritize the mitigations action and treatment of vulnerabilities according to their criticality

Education and/or Experience
• Requires Bachelor degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering or related field
• Requires 3-5 years of related experience in cybersecurity. Appreciate experiences that include CMMC certification
Knowledge/Skills
• Knowledge and experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171 - advanced
• Knowledge in CIS control– advanced
• Knowledge on IT architecture best practices - advanced
• Knowledge in network protocol – advanced
• Knowledge of application use in industry (PLM, ALM) – Basic
• Knowledge of IT application (IIS, Tomcat, MS SQL, Active directory, PKI, ESXi) – Basic
• Knowledge in operating system (Windows, RedHat) - Basic
