    Overview

     

    This position requires a highly motivated person to lead the day-to-day execution activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation, in programmatic platforms and direct with digital partners.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and programmatic channels for clients in the Technology and Entertainment sectors

    + Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including in-platform, vendor liaison and reporting

    + Leads set up, launch and ongoing optimization of programmatic digital campaigns across platforms like DV360, Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, and others, ensuring accurate budgeting, flighting, targeting, and creative implementation

    + Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics for programmatic campaigns, including performance optimizations and budget pacing to meet campaign goals

    + Analyzes programmatic performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies. Prepares and presents reports on performance trends, optimization opportunities, and key metrics for future planning.

    + Leads QA processes for campaigns, including audience parameters, supply targeting, and creative delivery, to minimize errors and ensure campaigns are running smoothly. Ensures adherence to best practices, accuracy, and high-quality execution across all programmatic campaigns.

    + Training/Support for Assistant Planners and Assistant Campaign Managers in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research

    + Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation

    + Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients

    + Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess digital media opportunities and place appropriate value

    + Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, invoice discrepancy resolution, reconciliations and Prisma actualizations

    + Assist Associate Director in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations

    + Build relationships with platforms and media partners to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles and services for client media plans

    + Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients

    + Maintain a working knowledge of all ad serving platforms: Google Campaign Manager 360, Flashtalking, and more.

    + Maintain a working knowledge of all ad verification platforms: DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, etc

    + Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines

    + Continually search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation

    Qualifications

    + B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Science

    + 1+ years of media buying/planning experience

    + 1+ years of programmatic account management experience in performance marketing client side or agency side. Video and or YouTube experience preferred.

    + Hands on keys bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations highly preferred

    + Agency experience highly preferred

    + Experience planning digital campaigns for both brand and direct response campaigns and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person

    + Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills

    + Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills

    + Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

    + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc

    + Experience with Prisma and Mediaocean preferred

    Compensation Range: $49,305.00 - $66,300.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
