    3rd shift production hours are M - F 10:50PM-6:50AM

    SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** **:

    Provide leadership to employees in manufacturing operations. Maintain safety, quality, productivity and performance standards, while meeting production goals. Provides support to employees as required **.**

     

    **REPORTS TO (Title)** : Director of Operations

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Assign workload and priorities to direct and indirect employees

    + Maintain product quality and quantity standards regarding output

    + Enforce operating policies and procedures

    + Provide training and assistance to employees

    + Interview candidates for open positions

    + Resolve union issues

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

    + Demonstrate leadership ability

    + Results oriented

    + Works well with employees and internal customers

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Good computer skills

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + 2-5 years of manufacturing experience

    + Leadership experience

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    + Visual acuity needed for close detail work and computer use.

    + General manufacturing, warehouse and office environment.
