    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Scales fish products to meet customer specs.

    + Identify and scale species of whole fish in an accurate and timely manner

    + Clean, scrape and trim fish for processing

    + Separate fish and byproducts into specified containers; seal and label appropriately
