Join our Global Sourcing team in Des Moines, IA as a Lead Sourcing Consultant. In this role, you’ll collaborate with business partners and suppliers to develop strategic Consulting/Professional Services/Outsourcing contracts and relationships. As a Lead Sourcing Consultant within our Professional Services category, you’ll help transform how we deliver value. We seek highly motivated sourcing professionals who can drive innovative solutions that are:

What you’ll do:
+ Coach and influence leaders and teams to promote best practices in category management and achieve business results
+ Develop sourcing strategies using total cost of ownership models, internal data, and market intelligence
+ Collaborate with leaders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
+ Direct and execute strategic sourcing for medium-to-high complexity third-party spend
+ Lead statement of work development, supplier selection, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation
+ Support audit compliance and risk management efforts
Who You Are
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+ 8+ years of related experience in sourcing, supply chain management, contract negotiations, or contract law
+ 4+ years in professional services sourcing with extensive experience negotiating Professional Service agreements
+ Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and supply base management strategies
+ Desire to learn about market intelligence and analytics within professional services
+ Proven ability to engage with business partners and leaders collaboratively
+ Strong problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills
Preferred:
+ Experience in strategic planning, spend analysis, and supplier management
+ Background as a sourcing consultant in consulting and managed/outsourced services categories
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$127000 - $171000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
