Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer - Spray Coatings. This role will take place out of our growing facility in Hodges, SC.
The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will oversee all spray coating operations, including epoxy and powder coating processes. This role is responsible for establishing new coating processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality through advanced manufacturing practices and statistical process control (SPC).
The expected annual salary range for this role is $94000 - $138000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
+ Develop and implement advanced spray coating processes for epoxy and powder coating applications.
+ Design and optimize coating parameters to ensure consistent quality and performance.
+ Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems for monitoring process stability and capability.
+ Lead equipment setup, calibration, and process validation for coating operations.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
+ Troubleshoot coating issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production targets.
+ Train and mentor operators and technicians on best practices, process standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
+ Minimum three (3) years of engineering or technical experience in design and/or manufacturing.
+ No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Hodges facility (50 mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
