Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused **Fabrication / Manufacturing Associate** to support the production of specialized **industrial water treatment equipment and systems** . This role assists in the fabrication of components and assemblies using a variety of tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist in fabricating and manufacturing components and assemblies for water treatment systems

+ Safely operate shop equipment including **forklifts, scissor lifts, drill presses, belt sanders, band saws, bench grinders, and ironworkers**

+ Perform **pipe fitting** using materials such as **PVC, CPVC, fiberglass, and stainless steel**

+ Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for self and others

+ Perform **confined space entry** in small tanks with **14” x 18” manways** , as required

+ Travel occasionally for field repairs and installation work, when needed

+ Maintain accurate records and reports related to work performed

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial assembly preferred

+ Ability to safely operate shop tools and machinery (training provided as needed)

+ Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

+ Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in confined spaces
