Your Responsibilities
As a **Growth Lead, Lifecycle Services** for **John Deere World Headquarters** located in **Johnston, IA or Moline, IL,** you will:
+ Lead the new growth opportunity identification and pilots to ensure that growth objectives are met
+ Provide input into Lifecycle's Services strategy and prioritization process and streamline the growth pilot ideation and implementation process to deliver speed and improve customer outcomes
+ Own net new revenue growth for lifecycle services
+ Ensure Financial Performance aligns with established goals
+ Collaborate, Align and support key priorities with A&T and C&F production systems owners
+ Works with the Regional Sales and Marketing organizations to execute product growth strategies

+ Product Management, Business Management, and strong communication skills

+ Knows production agriculture and/or construction and can quickly deduct real customer and dealer value propositions
+ Experience writing business cases to justify solutions where business value is realized over the lifecycle
+ Understanding of Lifecycle Solutions and Uptime enablers (Machine Health, Diagnostics, Total Cost of Ownership, Lifecycle Services, etc), current limitations, and opportunities
+ Experience collaborating and defining, developing and delivering solutions across multiple product families
+ Process improver that has a passion for data and analytics, including experience with some form of data aggregation, visualization tool development
+ Masters Degree
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following, and evidence of valuing continuous education / development:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Finance/Business/Agriculture or equivalent experience
