+ Monitor emerging risks impacting the sites (e.g., weather, infrastructure, security threats) and coordinate proactive mitigation efforts with the GSOC, GPS partners, and site risk managers.

+ Support audits, compliance reviews, and site readiness assessments related to crisis and incident management.

    Training, Exercises & Testing

+ Facilitate and document local tabletop exercises, drills, and after-action reviews to assess preparedness and drive continuous improvement.

+ Conduct periodic site mass notification tests, maintaining testing schedules, scenarios, results, and remediation plans in coordination with the GSOC and key stakeholders.

+ Deliver site-level crisis management training to improve awareness, readiness, and response effectiveness.

    Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

+ Drive timely, clear, and consistent stakeholder communications during incidents in alignment with corporate communication guidelines.

+ Ensure accurate dissemination of situation status, decisions, and required actions to internal stakeholders.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated response and alignment during incidents.

    Required Qualifications

+ 10–12 years of professional law enforcement experience, including experience responding to critical incidents, emergencies, or large-scale operational events.

+ Demonstrated experience in incident command, crisis response, or emergency management, preferably in complex or multi-stakeholder environments.

+ Strong working knowledge of incident response frameworks, emergency operations, and command-and-control principles.

+ Proven ability to operate calmly and decisively in high-pressure situations.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, accurate, and timely updates during incidents.

+ Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining incident documentation, plans, and readiness materials.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners.

+ Proficiency with incident tracking systems, reporting tools, and mass notification platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior experience supporting corporate, campus, or critical infrastructure environments.

+ Experience working with a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).

+ Familiarity with ICS / NIMS or similar incident management frameworks.

+ Experience facilitating tabletop exercises or drills.
