    Job Description

    Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, implementing and evaluating educational programs for professionals and paraprofessionals who provide direct patient care and/or are involved in patient-related activities. Participates in education related to system-wide activities and clinical programs throughout Olean General Hospital. Consults and makes recommendations related to educational needs, competencies, and activities to other departments.

     

    Education And Credentials

     

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related field or five (5) years recent clinical experience as an RN in an acute care setting.

    Experience

    A minimum of one (1) year experience in the clinical area related to the position. Previous teaching experience preferred.
