Senior Project Manager

+ Responsible for managing the implementation of large and complex projects.
+ Provides overall leadership and support to project team members.
+ Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
+ Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.
+ Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders and Finance to develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures.
+ Manages stakeholders' communication.
+ Plans the overall project and monitors the progress; performs daily project management throughout the program life cycle.
+ Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
+ May have input into defining the project governance (controls).
+ Manages the projects budget and financial performance.
+ Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
+ Manages and utilizes resources.
+ Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project’s outcome with the aid of the business change manager.
+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
+ Performs other duties as directed.
This is a full-time hybrid position (3 days a week on-site) and can be at any of our office locations.
SKILLS
+ Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, with senior stakeholder reporting and escalation experience.
+ Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
+ Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
+ Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
+ Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative).
+ In depth understanding of project management concepts.
EXPERIENCE
+ More than six years of project management experience.
+ Experience working on project and portfolio management Tools (Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.).
EDUCATION
+ Bachelors' degree in computer science, information technology, business or related field PMP, Prince 2 and/or Agile certification (preferred but not required) with related hands-on delivery experience.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $87,000 to $95,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
