The Senior Manager: Salesforce Architecture leads the planning and coordination of enterprise-wide systems, applications, or infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing Salesforce.com architecture and leading the security and governance of key customer facing applications. This role requires deep expertise across salesforce.com - Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Data Cloud. The candidate must have System and Application architect certification at a minimum. Candidate should show strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, ensure platform integrity and security, and guide development teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.

Location- ***Role is required to be onsite in the Lincolnshire, IL office. (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee end-to-end architecture, governance, and security for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.

+ Architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Data Cloud.

+ Provide architectural oversight for high-complexity projects involving extensive custom development, API integrations, and multi-cloud capabilities.

+ Develops strategy and preparation for a variety of system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules

+ Manages preparation and presenting of cross-functional project proposals to management and user departments

+ Establish DevOps standards using tools such as Flosum, code scanners, and OwnBackup to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable deployments.

+ Manages continual reviews with status of systems, applications and/or infrastructure and prepares with staff recommendations for improvements

+ Manages plans to analyze business problems that can be solved through automated systems

+ Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team of professionals and management staff that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems, applications or infrastructure that are cost effective and meet user requirements

+ Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

+ Partners with internal and/or external customers applying a strong understanding of current business trends

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ 12+ years of experience including at least 5+ years overseeing and management experience

+ Salesforce System and Application Architect Certified

+ Salesforce Security experience

+ Architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Data Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree preferred

+ Extensive custom development, API integrations, and multi-cloud capabilities experience

+ Ability to manage leaders of others

+ Experience managing budgets

+ Ability to apply strategic concepts for process improvement

+ Demonstrate regular interactions with Senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, business units, and/or customers

+ Experience with technical and leadership skills

+ Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to interact with customers

+ Strong communication skills including written, verbal and oral presentation skills.

Salary: USD 136100.00 - USD 204100.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
