• **Facility:** Children’s Treatment Center - Behavioral Health

• **Location:** New Port Richey, FL

• **Hours:** Mon-Tues: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Wed-Thurs: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Department Secretary Responsibilities:

+ Provides general secretarial support to the department

+ Maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings

+ Managing inventory and ordering of supplies

+ Greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members

+ Word processing and computer program use

+ Directing calls

+ Recording minutes at assigned meetings

+ Time and attendance

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education:
