What you will accomplish in this role

HCA Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide agile transformation and drive scalable, customer-centric delivery. In this senior-level role, you will mentor and develop junior coaches and Scrum Masters, guide leaders, and enable teams across multiple domains to adopt agile practices that align with strategic business objectives. Your leadership will shape the organization’s approach to agility, ensuring technical excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

As an Agile Coach, you will champion strategic planning, training, and tooling integration to embed agility at scale. You’ll coach leadership, Product Owners, and teams on aligning work with OKRs, facilitate collaboration across domains, and standardize practices such as backlog refinement and roadmap design. You will lead enterprise-level initiatives including Agile bootcamps, onboarding frameworks, and training programs, ensuring consistency and measurable impact. Leveraging performance metrics, you’ll identify systemic gaps and guide data-driven decisions that optimize delivery flow and value creation.

In addition, you will drive technical agility strategies—such as BDD/TDD, DevOps mindset, and engineering KPIs—while overseeing ADO governance and dashboard design for enterprise visibility. Your expertise in coaching methodologies, leadership development, and change management will be critical in fostering alignment, transparency, and innovation across the organization.

What qualifications you will need:

+ Bachelor's degree Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field - Required

+ 7–10 years of experience in Agile transformation, coaching, and delivery leadership within technology environments - Required

+ Proven experience leading Agile practices across complex, cross-functional environments - Required

+ Extensive experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and OKR alignment - Required

+ Background in managing technical agility (e.g., DevOps, BDD/TDD) and performance metrics - Required

Licenses, Certifications, & Training:

+ Agile Coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master/PO certifications) - Required

+ DevOps or technical agility certifications a plus (e.g., IC Agile DevOps Foundation or implementation, SAFe Devops) – Preferred

Work Location/Schedule:

+ Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)

+ Onsite: M-F, 8am – 5pm

Travel Required:

+ This job may require up to 25% travel.
