What you'll do
+ Leverages data to identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and drive incremental value to American through the AAdvantage program
+ Performs analyses using database software and tools which derive actionable insights and observations about customer behavior that inform strategic decisions about loyalty products and propositions
+ Produces business cases and onboard others through effective and data-validated narratives
+ Collaborates extensively with stakeholders in Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and third-party vendors to evaluate opportunities and implement strategic
+ Evaluates and refines strategies over time to ensure continued relevancy and objective realization
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field; or equivalent experience/training
+ 3 years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Masters of Business Administration
+ Previous loyalty marketing, CRM, insights, customer behavioral sciences experience
+ Strategy experience in customer focused companies/industries
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Exceptional business acumen with firm grasp of marketing principles, economic concepts, and customer-focused mindset
+ Knowledge of AAdvantage loyalty products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives
+ Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel and SQL; Python, r, and Tableau knowledge preferred
+ Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
+ Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others across levels of the organization
