Join CBRE as a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor, a critical role dedicated to ensuring robust HSE programs for a leading Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client. Based full-time in Concord, NC, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding employees and communities by expertly managing and evolving essential HSE initiatives.
This is a fully onsite role in Concord, NC with about 5% travel.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive HSE programs, acting as the primary subject matter expert.
+ Proactively evaluate new and existing programs, continuously monitoring injury, illness, and incident performance to drive improvement.
+ Resolve complex HSE issues and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
+ Guide your team in maintaining current playbooks and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and adherence.
+ Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and foster a strong safety culture consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What You'll Need:
+ A High School Diploma or GED combined with 5+ years of relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) experience.
+ An in-depth understanding of HSE processes, procedures, systems, and concepts.
+ Excellent organizational skills coupled with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
+ Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ The ability to clearly articulate complex information and sensitive topics to diverse audiences.
