    Serve as an assistant to medical laboratory personnel in the Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth Hitchcock Laboratory and is responsible for reporting limited laboratory results using established protocols. Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding Lab results, test ordering, and specimen collection. All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy, and in a timely manner using excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
