Delta’s Retail Strategy is focused on dynamically manufacturing products,
offering the most relevant product to customers in their channel of choice, and
servicing those products when plans change
Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Sr Analyst to create
the foundational capabilities needed to support the future of airline ancillary
product offers. This role will involve
becoming a subject matter expert in Delta’s technical systems to support
current products while leading parallel modernization efforts to sell
products.
Responsibilities:
+ Formulate the business vision for the ancillaries product(s)and translate the vision into technical requirements.
+ Build an executable product roadmap that balancesbusiness value, timing needs, and development complexity.
+ Be primary commercial point of contact to facilitatedevelopment requests.
+ Collaborate with other agile development teams tounderstand relationships and dependencies between teams.
+ Act as product manager for agile development teams
+ Ensure IT development is flexible and scalable, properlyleveraging backend mechanisms to achieve the desired business goals.
+ Work collaboratively cross divisionally to ensurefunctionality flows through to customer and agent-facing channels consistentlyand adds expected value.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Intellectually curious, highly motivated, and willing tochallenge the status quo
+ Can cut through ambiguity, identify solutions, anddeliver results in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to build good connections within Delta’scommercial and IT departments, as well as with external vendors
+ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understandand support complex systems, integrations, and data flows
+ Ability to develop and own technical solutions incollaboration with commercial organizations and IT, from ideation toimplementation
+ Excellent written and verbal skills and ability tocommunicate effectively with all levels of Delta’s organization
+ Strong analytical and data skills
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ Preferred Major in quantitative discipline such asBusiness Administration, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
+ Relevant work experience in Product Technology, RevenueManagement and/or Project Management.
