Our client, a leading organization in the automotive manufacturing industry, is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team. As a QC Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting inspection and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QC Inspector

**Location:** Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Range: $26.00

**Shift:** 6:00 am - 2:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Perform visual inspections of springs and other components to identify surface defects according to written criteria

+ Document defects accurately and create Non-Conforming Material Reports

+ Communicate new issues effectively to team members and supervisors

+ Work independently and collaboratively within the Spring Team to ensure quality standards are met

+ Assist in prepping parts for inspection and support other inspection tasks as needed

+ Intermediate skills in writing, math, and computer usage

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely

+ Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

+ Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly

+ Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
