Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation to join their team. As a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation, you will be part of the Treasury & Cash Management Implementation Department supporting client onboarding and system integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation

**Location:** New York, NY 10172 (Hybrid - 2 days/week in office)

**Pay Range:** $45-50hr

**Duration:** 12-Month Contract

What's the Job?

+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Cash Management and Treasury services for diverse corporate clients.

+ Manage the implementation lifecycle from client onboarding to full operational status.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a technical expert during sales and onboarding processes.

+ Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

+ Supervise junior team members, optimize operational workflows, and lead digitalization projects to enhance efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a major financial institution.

+ Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and Treasury systems implementation.

+ Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.

+ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new banking platforms.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
