Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business/Data Analyst to join their team. As a Business/Data Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department supporting strategic initiatives and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Finance

+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Finance challenges requiring in-depth evaluation

+ Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to deliver actionable insights

+ Leverage expertise in liquidity regulation reporting such as 2052a, ILST, LCR, and NSFR

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience in Finance, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education

+ Expertise in SQL and data analysis tools

+ Knowledge of liquidity regulation reporting standards (2052a, ILST, LCR, NSFR)

+ Experience with derivatives, deposits, or wholesale loans

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
