As a **Security Officer - Bank Facility Patrol** in **Chicago, IL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, particularly within financial institution settings.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to clients, employees, and visitors.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required.

+ Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

+ Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Must be 21 years of age or older.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
