Our client, the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production worker openings to join their team. As a Production worker openings, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and food processing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production worker openings

**Location:** BELLINGHAM, WA

Pay Range: $19.13 p.h

Shift: Swing and Graveyard Shifts

What's the Job?

+ Adjusts and monitors machine operation for Drum Cookers and Mince Line, including belt speed, steam temperature, and color application.

+ Completes required paperwork, reads recipes, and product outlines to ensure proper production processes.

+ Shutdown, disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery to maintain optimal operation.

+ Troubleshoots equipment issues such as air pockets, ingredient inconsistencies, and mechanical problems.

+ Maintains visual monitoring of equipment and product quality, making minor adjustments as needed.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience or training required, willingness to learn is essential.

+ Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, recipes, and numerical data.

+ Basic math skills including recognizing numbers, working with decimals, and using military time.

+ Ability to work around machinery in a food manufacturing environment, following safety procedures.

+ Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
