    Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis department supporting strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Financial Analyst

    **Pay Range:** $75000 - $90000

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Analyze, interpret, and explain the results of sales, profit, and income.

    + Prepare reports and projections based on financial analysis.

    + Coordinate with finance team members to review financial information and forecasts.

    + Build and provide financial models to support decision-making.

    + Assist with evaluating business investments and financial opportunities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.

    + 2-4 years of financial analysis experience.

    + Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

    + Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.

    + Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial systems and BI tools.
