Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality electronic products, is seeking a dedicated Electronic Assembler to join their dynamic team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly of innovative electronic components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Electronic Assembler

**Location:** Richmond, VA

**Pay Range:** $19

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available including first and second shifts

What's the Job?

+ Assemble electronic products following detailed engineering documents to ensure high quality and adherence to customer specifications.

+ Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing statuses of jobs.

+ Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to established procedures.

+ Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process and address any discrepancies.

+ Assist in training new team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or equivalent.

+ Up to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly roles.

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours across various shifts.
