    Our client, the event management industry, is seeking an Event Set Up to join their team. As an Event Set Up, you will be part of the operations team supporting event logistics and facility preparation. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Event Set Up

    **Location:** Cape Girardeau, MO

    **Pay Range:** $17/hour

    **Shift:** Overnight, from 10:30pm to 6:30am, January 16th into January 17th

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with overnight clean-up after dinner, including trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and breaking down tables and chairs

    + Help set up for a SEMO basketball game by moving and arranging heavy equipment and flooring

    + Pull out and set up bleachers and seating areas, involving some lifting and physical effort

    + Arrange courtside tables and chairs to prepare for the event

    + Enter the facility through the dock entrance and adhere to safety and dress code requirements

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and perform manual labor tasks

    + Comfortable climbing stairs, bending, and stooping as required

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    + Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team

    + Willingness to work overnight hours in a physically demanding environment
