    **Job Title:** Quality Intelligence Project Manager

    **Location:** 2900 Easton Square Pl, Columbus, OH 43219

    **Duration:** 10+ Months (100% Onsite)

    **Pay Range:** $44/ hr to $47/ hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a **“Quality Intelligence Project Manager”** to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.

    Job Summary

    The Quality Intelligence Project Manager supports global quality and compliance initiatives within a regulated nutrition manufacturing environment. This role leads medium- to large-scale projects focused on quality assessments, regulatory implementation, and quality system updates across manufacturing sites and commercial affiliates.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead projects supporting quality and regulatory compliance initiatives

    + Monitor and assess regulatory requirements and manage change control activities

    + Drive updates to quality policies, procedures, and systems

    + Define project scope, develop project plans, and manage timelines

    + Identify and manage project risks, issues, and resource constraints

    + Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership

    + Lead cross-functional teams in alignment with PMO governance standards

    + Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

    + 5–7 years of experience in a regulated food or nutrition manufacturing environment

    + Strong knowledge of quality systems, food GxP, and regulatory requirements

    + 3–5 years of project leadership experience

    + Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

    + Experience working with global or cross-functional teams

    Preferred:

    + Master’s degree

    + PMP certification

    + Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
