    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Assembly and Machine Operators to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembly and Machine Operator

    **Location:** Turtle Lake, WI

     

    Pay Range: $15 - $16.50/hr

     

    Shift: 1st (5:30a-3:30p, Mon-THur) or 2nd (3p-11p, Mon-Fri)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications

    + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance

    + Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment

    + Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues promptly

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    + Good communication and teamwork skills
