    Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and healthcare industry, is seeking a Fill Pack Operator 1 to join their team. As a Fill Pack Operator 1, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of vital medical diagnostic test kits. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Fill Pack Operator 1

    **Location:** Newark, DE

    **Pay Range:** $20.50

    **Shift:** 1:50 PM - 10:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate fill production manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

    + Inspect and package finished products to meet quality standards.

    + Verify raw materials to ensure batches contain correct components and quantities.

    + Assist and collaborate with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.

    + Follow production area procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent degree.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

    + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    + Willingness to learn new processes and functions.

    + Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
