Our client, a **leading manufacturing and distribution operation** , is seeking a **Forklift Driver II** to join their team. As a Forklift Driver II, you will be part of the **Warehouse Operations** department supporting **shipping, receiving, and production teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **a safety-first mindset** , and **reliable teamwork skills** , which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
+ 1st Shift (6:30am – 3:00pm, M–F): **$18.00/hr**
+ 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm, M–F): **$18.50/hr**
+ 3rd Shift (11:00pm – 7:30am, M–F): **$18.75/hr**
What’s the Job?
+ Operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered forklifts to load, move, and stack materials.
+ Safely transport materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
+ Perform loading and unloading of trailers while ensuring proper material placement and stability.
+ Conduct basic equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
+ Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and site policies to maintain a safe work environment.
What’s Needed?
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 1–3 years of prior forklift driving experience.
+ Experience operating industrial trucks (electric, gas, diesel, or propane-powered).
+ Ability to follow safety standards and operational procedures.
+ Strong reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
