Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via telephone and email to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer complaints and delivery issues in a professional manner.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes while scanning haul-away pods and verifying stamps for accuracy.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders and manage documentation using Microsoft Office programs.
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High school diploma or equivalent and preferably 1 year of related experience within a call center environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to thrive and deliver solutions under pressure.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve complex problems.

Pay: $19.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8A-5P with Saturday flexibility if needed

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
