Janitorial/Custodian
+ **Cleaning & Sanitizing:** Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas; dust furniture and fixtures; wash windows and mirrors; clean spills.
+ **Waste Management:** Empty trash and recycling bins.
+ **Restocking:** Keep restrooms and supply closets stocked with essentials (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
+ **Minor Maintenance:** Replace light bulbs, unclog drains, and report significant repair needs.
+ **Safety & Security:** Follow safety procedures, identify hazards, lock doors at end of day.
+ **Inventory & Reporting:** Maintain cleaning supply inventory, complete checklists, report issues to supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers) and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Basic understanding of safety hazards and protocols.
+ Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
