We are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and control on-site
+ Enforce LOTO procedures in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific policies
+ Review and approve energization and de-energization plans
+ Coordinate with contractors, commissioning agents, and operations teams prior to energizing systems
+ Maintain and control energy logs, permits, and documentation
+ Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks
+ Verify proper labeling, barricading, and signage of energized equipment
+ Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified
+ Support commissioning, IST, and turnover activities
+ Participate in safety audits and incident investigations
QUALIFICATIONS
+ High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred)
+ 5+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or mission-critical construction environments
+ Strong knowledge of:
+ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
+ Electrical safety principles
+ Energization sequencing
+ Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
+ Excellent communication and coordination skills
+ Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred)
