Job Overview:
The Warehouse Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, demonstrating proficiency in administrative duties, professional communication, and managing special projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently coordinate warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations on behalf of Warehouse Management.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Provide high level administrative support to Warehouse Management
+ Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
+ Prepare written and visual materials for Operations use including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and signage.
+ Execute special projects within the warehouse as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
+ Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, drafting and sending professional emails and other correspondence.
+ Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ As assigned by the Manager
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Proficiency in using warehouse management software and standard Microsoft office applications.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional email correspondence.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Experience with Canva or other creative software preferred but not required
Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience, along with relevant work experience
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative role
Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:
+ Warehouse Environment
Required Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am-2pm
