Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Quality Engineer positions in Buffalo Grove, IL. Responsibilities:
• Log and track customer complaints, lead cross-functional containment and root cause activities, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Approve reworks and support manufacturing in processing NCMRs to improve processes.
• Lead structured problem-solving (8D); implement corrective/preventive actions and support Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC initiatives.
• Track APQP/PPAP status for new product launches and ensure robust process validation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in the Quality field with customer-facing experience.
• Solid understanding of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CAPA; basic DOE and MSA.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and digital QMS platforms; knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

**Pay Details:** $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
