Adecco is assisting a local client in **Wayne, NJ** in their search for an **HR Office Assistant** . This is an **onsite** , **contract** position through April 2026 paying **$30/hour** . If you meet the qualifications below, Apply Now!
Primary Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support: Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Onboarding & Documentation: Assisting with I-9 processing, orientation sessions, and drafting organizational announcement.
• HR Compliance: Supporting training initiatives (e.g., anti-harassment), labor poster compliance, and HR transaction accuracy.
• Employee Engagement: Helping organize company events, approachable & willing to assist employees as needed.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related reports, and responding to employee queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Interest in HR, or administrative functions
• 0-3 years of experience in HR or Administrative related fields
• Associate or bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to be onsite
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour
