Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a Customer Service / Telecommunications Support Representative position in Saint Louis, MO. Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly paycheck
Pay: $22.05 dl/hr

Responsibilities:
Answer and screen 80–100 incoming calls per day, including executive-level and help desk calls
Assign, maintain, and remove phone extensions for new hires and separated employees using Teams, Cisco, and ORM
Set up voicemail, reset passwords, and send voicemail instructions to new hires
Create and manage SAP tickets for port activations, dead ports, and phone service issues
Work closely with the Cisco, OCA, and administrative teams to resolve phone and telecom issues
Maintain and update the Archibus phone directory database
Support callers with product and coupon inquiries, irate callers, and internal campus-related questions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a high-volume call handling or customer service support environment
Knowledge of Cisco systems, Microsoft Teams, or telephony platforms preferred
Experience creating or managing service tickets (SAP or similar systems preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle executive-level and escalated calls
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

**Pay Details:** $22.05 per hour
