    Adecco is partnering with a client in Fishkill NY and is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented shipping associate to handle the preparation, processing, and shipment of outgoing orders. This role is responsible for ensuring packages are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and shipped in a timely manner while following company procedures and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently

    + Verify order details, quantities, and shipping information before shipment

    + Generate and apply shipping labels and documentation

    + Load and unload shipments as needed

    + Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries

    + Maintain clean and organized shipping areas

    + Track shipments and update records in shipping or inventory systems

    + Follow workplace safety policies and shipping procedures

    + Report shipping errors, damages, or delays to management

    Qualifications

    + Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

    + Basic computer skills for shipping systems and tracking

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages (up to 50 lbs, if applicable)

    + Repetitive bending, lifting, and reaching

    + Use of standard warehouse and shipping equipment

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
