    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned **Construction Superintendent** to oversee field operations for commercial **ground-up** construction projects. This individual will lead on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards from preconstruction through project completion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel

    + Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedules and quality expectations

    + Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA and company standards)

    + Track daily progress, manage schedules, and report to the Project Manager

    + Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications

    + Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to review progress and resolve issues

    + Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum **7 years of experience as a Superintendent** in commercial construction

    + Proven ability to manage **ground-up projects and complex construction schedules**

    + In-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, safety standards, and construction methods

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + OSHA 30 certification preferred

    + Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus
