    General Labor – Dairy Manufacturing

    **Location:** Near Downtown Fort Worth

    **Pay Rate:** $ 16.50/hr

    **Shift:** 3:00 PM start | Days off: Sunday & Wednesday

    Important Requirement

    + **Steel-toed, waterproof, anti-slip boots are required**

    + Must be worn daily on the production floor

    Position Overview

    This role supports daily warehouse and production operations in a dairy manufacturing environment. The General Labor associate is responsible for working safely, maintaining quality standards, and supporting plant operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

     

    This is a **temporary assignment** with the **possibility of future opportunities** if openings are available at the end of the assignment.

    Work Environment

    + Dairy Manufacturing Facility

    + Safety-focused, fast-paced environment

    Schedule & Breaks

    + **Shift Start:** 3:00 PM

    + **Days Off:** Sunday & Wednesday

    + **Breaks:**

    + Two 20-minute paid breaks

    + 30-minute unpaid lunch

    Training & Orientation

    + Orientation provided

    + Job training provided

    Essential Job Functions

    + Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment and machinery

    + Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

    + Monitor product quality and report issues

    + Follow standard work instructions and warehouse policies

    + Operate warehouse equipment, vehicles, and hand tools safely

    + Maintain clean and organized work areas

    + Verify materials and components before starting work

    + Complete required paperwork clearly and accurately

    + Participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities

    + Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives

    + Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as needed

    + Follow food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Basic math skills

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Previous food manufacturing experience

    **Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
