Customer service Representative
Adecco is partnering with a client in Fishkill; NY and we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with excellent phone etiquette. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and clients, ensuring clear communication, accurate information exchange, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is reliable, well-spoken, and skilled at handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
+ Serve as a liaison between customers and clients to ensure accurate and timely communication
+ Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests efficiently
+ Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
+ Resolve issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate department when needed
+ Provide product or service information clearly and confidently over the phone
+ Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service
Qualifications
+ Previous customer service or call-handling experience preferred
+ Excellent verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette
+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and clients
+ Strong listening and problem-solving skills
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
+ Professional and dependable demeanor
Preferred Skills
+ Experience acting as a liaison between customers, clients, or internal teams
+ Familiarity with customer service software or call tracking systems
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
