Job Summary:
Adecco is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
+ Accurately enter receiving and shipping data into inventory and ERP systems
+ Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in accordance with customer and carrier requirements
+ Coordinate shipments with common carriers, LTL, and parcel services
+ Maintain organized warehouse and staging areas to support efficient material flow
+ Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory
+ Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
+ Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
+ Support production and internal departments with material movement as needed
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse, or logistics (manufacturing environment preferred)
+ Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
+ Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems a plus
+ Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with domestic and international shipping documentation
+ Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting
+ Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
