    REPORTS TO** **: Production Supervisor

    GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Duties include the ability to coat high tech electronics to the exact specifications that are called out on the Manufacturing Traveler, either by hand and the additional use of touch up.

    + Knowledge of the various coating mediums used for a variety of our customer’s.

    + Job requires ability to stand/sit for long periods of time during the coating operation.

    + Ability to work with spray guns and adjusting them accordingly based upon the type of coating, as well as mixing the right amount of thinner to coating mixture to give the best overall coverage and protection.

    + Ability to mix and work with 2-part coatings

    + Also demonstrate knowledge of coating removal methods based upon the material type being used.

    + Time management skills are needed to organize “set-up” time of material sprayed on the PCBs while simultaneously working on other assemblies that need to be coated as well.

    + Must possess good computer skills in order to run Precision Coat automated spray machine and/or Parylene Coating Machines

    + Must also be able to read and interpret a Manufacturing Traveler associated with the particular customer’s assemblies.

    + Use of microscope and/or magnifying glass as required.

    + Must be able to tolerance the smell of coatings and thinners.

    + Must be able to read and interpret drawings/working travelers

    + Work in a fast paced, detailed oriented environment.

    + Must be able to work independently as well as within a group

    + Must have good dexterity and demonstrate the ability to work well with hands

    + Must be able to work with fine tool (i.e. Xacto knifes, paint brushes, tweezers, orange sticks, micrometers)

    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

    BASIC SKILLS:

    + Basic Computer skills to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
